Payroll

Payroll & PAYE

Staff paid right. Statutories on time. Payslips in every inbox.

In one sentence

We run your payroll every month so staff get paid correctly, payslips land automatically, and PAYE, NSSA and NEC are always filed on time.

Why this matters

Nothing damages staff trust faster than a wrong or late payslip. Late PAYE, NSSA or NEC also attracts penalties and can knock you out of tenders. Getting payroll right protects your people and your reputation.

What to expect

1. We set everyone up

We load every employee: ID, tax number, NSSA number, bank details, contract, allowances, any garnishee orders.

2. Monthly run

By day 25 you send us hours, overtime and commissions. We work out gross pay, PAYE, NSSA, NEC, AIDS levy and net pay, then send it to you to approve.

3. Payslips and payment file

Once approved, payslips go straight to each employee's email. We prepare the bank file (ZIPIT / RTGS / USD) ready for upload.

4. Statutory filings

PAYE (ITF 16), NSSA, NEC and ZIMDEF — all filed, all receipts stored in your portal.

What you provide

  • New-hire packs (ID, tax number, NSSA number, bank details)
  • Monthly variables (hours, overtime, commission, deductions)
  • Leave and termination notes
Timeline

Monthly. Cut-off day 25. Payslips by month-end. Statutories by the 10th of the next month.

Deliverables
  • Individual payslips (emailed and in portal)
  • Payroll summary report
  • Bank payment file
  • PAYE, NSSA, NEC, ZIMDEF returns and receipts

Real example

Case study · Kudzai — construction firm, 47 site staff
Scenario

Overtime was worked out by hand on paper. Errors averaged USD 320 a month and staff disputes were constant.

Outcome

One shared timesheet template plus automatic calculation wiped out errors in one cycle. HR got back two days a month and staff disputes dropped to zero.

Jargon buster

PAYE
Pay As You Earn — the income tax you deduct from staff pay and send to ZIMRA.
NSSA
National Social Security Authority — pension and injury contributions for staff.
NEC
